Flash Express Malaysia reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add or remove these terms and conditions from time to time without giving any prior notices and the customer shall be bound to observe and comply with such terms and conditions prevailing from time to time.


Campaign title: Flash Express Malaysia 25 Oct 2021 Launch Promotional Campaign

Campaign Period: from 25 October 2021 to 31 December 2021

Item type: this campaign is only applicable for delivery of parcel item

Delivery Area: Only applicable for delivery of parcel within Peninsular Malaysia

Promotional Rate: 

  1. RM 4 for above 0.5KG to 2KG (included) for Parcel “Within same state” in Peninsular Malaysia

  2. RM 5 for below 2KG (included) for Parcel “To Peninsular Malaysia” in Peninsular Malaysia


Unless otherwise stated herein and per the promotional price stated above, the service rate shall be following the standard rate card per the link below:

Definition of Parcel “Within same state” in Peninsular Malaysia

  1. Parcel within same state means delivery between two cities within same state, for example Petaling Jaya (Selangor) to Klang (Selangor)

  2. For delivery between two cities within Klang Valley is considered as within the same state, for example Bukit Bintang (Kuala Lumpur) to Petaling Jaya (Selangor) 


Definition of Parcel “To Peninsular Malaysia” in Peninsular Malaysia

  1. Parcel to Peninsular Malaysia means delivery between two states, for example Petaling Jaya (Selangor) to Kuantan (Pahang) 

Term and conditions:

  1. The Campaign price is only valid from 25 October 2021 to 31 December 2021.

  2. The Campaign is only applicable for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

  3. The Campaign is not applicable for delivery of document, item weighing below 2KG and Length + Height of below A4 size (21*30cm) are considered as documents. (e.g. documents, letters, magazines, books etc) 

  4. Actual parcel weight must not exceed 50KG, Length + Width + Height must not be more than 280cm and the longest side must not be more than 150cm

  5. Calculation of volumetric weight = Length x Width x Height / 6000

  6. The Shipping rate shall be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

  7. The Campaign is not applicable to parcel returning fee

  8. The Campaign is not applicable to Flash Express Malaysia’s customer with discounted rate card and special rate card

  9. Flash Express Malaysia reserves the right to end the Campaign prior to the end of the Campaign Period without prior notice. 

  10. The prices quoted herein shall exclude 6% SST
