Flash Toy Giveaway Campaign (“Giveaway”)

Terms & Conditions

1. This Giveaway is valid from 08 December 2021 until 20 February 2022 (“Contest Period”). Flash Express reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at any time without prior notice.

2. The Giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above (as of 2021) except employees and immediate family members of Flash Malaysia Express Sdn. Bhd., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising / PR agencies and suppliers.

3. Our User Terms are to be read together with all other terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms, User Terms and any other terms from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the terms, the User Terms shall prevail. To read our User Terms, please visit https://www.flashexpress.my/pact/company-agreement/ .

4. Flash Express reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend any parts of the Terms at any time without prior notice. The User shall be bound to observe and comply with the Terms prevailing from time to time.

5. In any event of dispute directly or indirectly arising from or in relation to the Giveaway, the decision of Flash Express is final.

6. Flash Express reserves the right to disqualify the winner at its sole discretion if fraud, or prohibited activity is suspected.

How to Participate

STEP 1: Participants must like and/or follow Flash Malaysia Express Facebook page (www.facebook.com/FlashExpressMalaysia) and/or Instagram account (@flashexpressmalaysia) (“Flash Express Social Media”)

STEP 2: Participants must like the Giveaway post.

STEP 3: Tag three (3) friends with the following hashtag #FlashExpressMY in the comment section of the Giveaway posting.

Winner Selection

1. Only entries submitted through the Giveaway post’s comment section on Flash Express Social Media will be accepted.

2. Winners will be selected based on those who fulfils the criteria of: -

      (i) Liking and following Flash Express Social Media; 

      (ii) Liking the Giveaway post; and

     (iii) Tagging of three (3) friends in the comment section, and usage of the given hashtags.

3. Twenty (20) winners will be selected every week based on random draws during

     the Contest Period.

4. One (1) participant is entitled to win one (1) prize either on Facebook OR Instagram throughout the contest period*. In the event the same participant getting chosen as a winner twice using multiple social media accounts or platforms, the winner will be disqualified and be replaced by a new qualified winner.

5. Winners will be drawn and announced every Monday at 5pm during the Contest  Period.

6. Winners will be announced and tagged under the same Giveaway posting on

Flash Express Social Media.

7. Winners must send a direct message (DM) of their name, phone number and address (“Participant Details”) to Flash Express Social Media within five (5) days of the winners' announcement. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture and Flash Express reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. Prizes will be delivered based on the Participant Details.  Flash Express shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy of the Participant Details provided by the winner.

9. Flash Express shall not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the winners. All costs incidental to the redemption and / or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.

10. Participation in this contest and acceptance of the prizes constitutes an irrevocable permission for Flash Express to use the winners’ names and photographs for the purposes of publicity and advertisement without any compensation or need for prior consent from the winners.

11. Flash Express reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or in-kind.
