The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) below are only applicable for the Campaign. Our User Terms are to be read together with all other terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms, User Terms and any other terms as may be advised to you from time to time. Delivery “Within same state” in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia respectively means

a)  Parcel delivery between two cities within same state, for example Petaling Jaya (Selangor) to Klang (Selangor).

b)  Parcel delivery between two cities within Klang Valley will be considered as within the same state, for example Bukit Bintang (Kuala Lumpur) to Petaling Jaya (Selangor). 

  

Delivery “Within Same District in East Malaysia” means

a)  Parcel delivery within same district in Sabah, for example Kota Kinabalu to Kota Belud. 

b)  Parcel delivery within same district in Sarawak, for example Kuching to Bau. 

 

Delivery “Cross State within Peninsular Malaysia”, “Cross State within East Malaysia” means

a)  Parcel delivery between two states in Peninsular Malaysia, for example Petaling Jaya (Selangor) to Kuantan (Pahang).

b)  Parcel delivery between two states in East Malaysia, for example Kuching (Sarawak) to Kota Kinabalu (Sabah).

 

Delivery “Between Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia” means

a)  Parcel delivery from Peninsular Malaysia to East Malaysia, for example Kuala Lumpur (Peninsular Malaysia) to Kuching (East Malaysia).

b)  Parcel delivery from East Malaysia to Peninsular Malaysia, for example Kuching (East Malaysia) to Kuala Lumpur (Peninsular Malaysia).

 

Terms and conditions:

1.   The Campaign price is only valid from 1 April 2022 to 31 May 2022. (“Campaign Period”) for General Users and Key Account customers during the Campaign Period.  

2.   The Campaign is only applicable for any delivery of parcel(s) weighing between 0.51kg to  5kg within Malaysia subject to the Terms and Conditions. 

3.   The Campaign is not applicable for delivery of any written documents including but not limited to documents, letters and etc. 

4.   The actual parcel weight must not exceed 50KG, and the measurement of the parcel (the aggregate of length, width and height) must not be more than 280cm and the longest side must not be more than 150cm. The calculation of volumetric weight is length x width x height / 6000. 

5.   The Shipping rate shall be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. 

6.   This Campaign is not applicable for any return of parcel, unless otherwise stated.

7.   Any returned parcel is not entitled for refund due to the following circumstances:

                       I.          Item rejected by the recipient;

                     II.         Customer rescheduled delivery date;

                  III.         Unable to contact the recipient;

                 IV.          Consignee name/address error or unclear;

                    V.         Incorrect COD amount;

                 VI.         Damaged parcel packaging;

               VII.         Damaged parcel contents;

             VIII.         Missing parcel contents;

                 IX.         Prohibited goods;  

                    X.         any other reasons as determined by Flash Express. 

8.   The Campaign is not applicable and cannot be combined with other discounted rate card and special rate card. 

9.   Flash Express Malaysia reserves the right to alter, extend or discontinue the Campaign or any parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice. 

10. Flash Express shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the government instructions, natural disasters, strikes, the endemic and such other circumstances that are beyond the control of Flash Express.  

11.  Any direct or indirect dispute arising from or in relation to this Campaign, Flash Express decision shall be final. 

12. Flash Express reserves the right to cancel the delivery in the event the User breach any terms in respect of this Campaign during the Campaign Period. 

13. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Policy as can be found at https://www.flashexpress.my/term/, and other Terms and Conditions as advised to you by Flash Express from time to time. 

14. Flash Express reserves the right to disqualify you if you violate any of the terms and conditions of the Campaign and the Policy contained herein. 

15. In the event of conflict between any of the terms and conditions herein with any other terms and conditions as may be advised to you from time to time, the order of priority shall be decided by Flash Express at its sole discretion. 

 




 

 

Campaign Title: Free 10 Parcel Delivery for New Registered Users (“Campaign”)

Campaign Period: From 1 April 2022 at 00:00 to 31 May 2022 at 23:59 (“Campaign Period”)

 

Term and conditions:

1.   This Campaign is applicable for newly registered General Users  and Key Account customers who register through Flash Express Mobile App, Flash Express official website, Flash Shop Branch System, MS System and Flash Kit during the Campaign Period. For the avoidance of doubt, “User” is defined as a customer who has registered for and owns a Flash Express account. 

2.   The first ten (10) collected parcels with a chargeable weight of 0.51kg - 5kg per parcel are entitled to the free delivery charges. 

3.   The redemption must be made during the Campaign Period. 

4.   Free Delivery entitlement is considered as redeemed when the delivery status shows as “Collected”. 

5.   Any cancellation or weight adjustments that comes after the status has been updated to “Collected” will not restore the entitlement quota. 

6.   This Campaign is not applicable for any parcel return, unless otherwise stated.  

7.   Any returned parcel is not entitled for refund due to the following circumstances:

10.  In any dispute directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, the decision of Flash Express is final and binding. 

11.  By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Policy as can be found at https://www.flashexpress.my/term/, and other Terms and Conditions as advised to you by Flash Express from time to time. 

12.   Flash Express reserves the right to disqualify you if you violate any of the terms and conditions of the Campaign and the Policy contained herein.
